Although guests are not able to wear masks during most appointments, I still wear a mask for the duration of all treatments!

POLICIES:
All cancellations and rescheduling will be done online and is required at least 24 hours prior to any treatments in order to avoid being charged, membership credit used, or voucher redeemed. No-show appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged. Arriving 15 minutes late or more to an appointment will result in a last minute cancellation. All appointments scheduled within 24 hours are final
Third party vouchers are only accepted for first time visitors. Price matching is offered when eligible but payment will be due for returning guests even with valid vouchers
All membership payments and gift certificates are non-refundable
Arriving 5 minutes early is perfect to fill out any paperwork and get comfortable for your treatment, please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time
If arriving late, please understand it may not be possible to accommodate time lost due to treatments with other guests. Arriving 15 minutes late or more to an appointment will subject it to the no-show policy
